looking back at last year Matthew was doing similar to Woods what he's doing to ARob..... Woods was even making a small noise about it.

You also have to look at where the RAMS stood at the time they let him look elsewhere. He was coming off a major knee, we also had OBJ in that same spot. here sits ARob who "Looks" the part of a guy who could fit in, but at the same time he was never going to be a swap for Woods because Woods did so much more at such a high level. he could take the ball as a RB, he was a great blocker, and he had great hands and was used a lot in crossing routes and played off Cooper very well.

ARob isn't known as a guy who can take the ball as a RB, he may be a blocker at WR, but no where close to Woods, I only see him running routes down the sideline or in the corner of the endzone....those 2 type routes was not so much seen by Woods.

It is a swap in name only, we gave up Woods and picked up ARob, but IMO ARob was brought in to do things that Woods did not do and he's not doing it. Is that because he can't or because they are not using him right? I'm not watching Woods right now so I can't say what they are doing with him, but IMO the things that I wanted to see out of ARob I can't see because the staff is not putting him in those spots.

For these reasons I can't say it was a mistake.....if he was getting the right throws as fades inside the 10 and dropping them (all those corner shots have been from a good ways out), if he was going with crossing routes and dropping them or not getting YAC after catching them, if he was actually given a solid chance to go for contested balls and being out done he would be a bad choice as 1 of our WR's.....but he just doesn't do the things that Woods did to consider it a swap out. To me to be a swap out he would be what Woods was, do what Woods did....he has never done the things that Woods brought to the RAMS. He was brought here to do HIS thing and thus far IMO he just hasn't been given that real opportunity....
