I wouldn't argue that.... but I think in Stafford's case it needs clarification. There are bad decisions and then there are bad decisions...the reason for the two quite different.
Bad D reads, for example, are one thing... not at all good. Over-confidence another, which I believe is where the majority of Stafford's Int's lie. But even in 'over-confidence' there are degrees... and again I think Stafford gets some leeway here because he has PROVEN he can make throws other 'over-confident' QB's can NOT.
I would say this that's not a plus for Stafford, IMHO... I don't think he considers game situation when making one of those 'confident' tosses.... and that ain't good, even if it plays out quite spectacularly for us fans. - JamesJM
