I would only add that they look for production & specific skills that are already developed and can be deployed within the offensive or defensive schemes. And then they leverage one of your points and coach the heck out of those players to develop the other skills they lack.
Only other point I would make, more of a general comment to the thread, is that they Rams love speed and quickness. It may not always show up in the 40 times but trust me game speed is a big criteria as is reaction time.
