McVay knows what he's doing.

Since he's been our HC, one thing seems to shine through, "He always seems to see the BIG PICTURE."

Don't think for 1 second that McVay does not know anything about Cap Space and Contracts. I bet McVay sat down with Snead and told Les to EXPLAIN IN DETAIL everything about his job.

McVay wants to WIN...This guy is one smart, competitive HC...He will leave no stone unturned when it comes to fielding a top notch COMPETITIVE FOOTBALL TEAM each and every year....He knows he needs talented players to do just that....McVay knows the money part, that's for sure!
