The great players know this front office is going to continue to load it around them. The cost is the loss of friends on the team the moment their play slips. The benefit however is knowing you're in the mix for rings. Legacy. Maybe even that Hall of Fame.

Being the guy who gets to stay is great. All it requires is top performance too. Easy right?
