In my funny little world, griping about targets doesn't have a place in a 'we not me' environment. Personally, I didn't care that Woods spoke out, but I also don't see how that jives with the philosophy that the Rams were trying to instill.
As far as how trading Woods might violate that 'we not me' philosophy: I take it to mean that you do what's best for the team even if it's not the best thing for you personally. Robert Woods was one of my favorite Ram since the day he joined the team and I am personally saddened by his departure. But if this trade is what the FO thinks is in the best interest of the team ... well, I really don't see how that conflicts with 'we not me'.
Slept on it, still hate it and trying to see it from the other sides point of view. However not a social media type but looked around for the obligatory "love you brother go get em over there" posts from the top Rams players, like I saw for Von and they are not there. Since I know (or think I know) Woods wasn't one of those "we tolerated because he is good but I am glad he is gone" types, the reaction tells me the players, the big money ones, aren't feeling this either, in a "it's just business" kind of way. If this was happening to another team, a) I wouldn't care (might slightly enjoy it), b) if I were a social media type (which I am not) I would post whatever team's chemistry and the eyeball emoji.
