The draft is certainly a critical part of the equation when working the cap but it can't be overlooked that AMAZON is about to blow up the cap, some big cap numbers coming off the books (GOFF, GURLEY, WHIT) so I think the Rams are working all the levers and have a big picture approach to how to team build.
Its really a beautiful thing to watch.
