You could make the case he is #2 behind Belicheck looking at that chart, but I put

1) Arians with him with 2 superbowl appearances with difference teams (just love his attack attitude on offense)
2) Reid longevity winning season after season for decades with 2 different teams as well

But the argument can be made that McVay is #2 coach in the NFL right now.

The 2 most underrated coaches are:

1) Reid
2) Tomlin

These guys win year after year and Rebuild on the fly for like 15 to 20 years now.

Tomlin and Belicheck win in a variety of ways and have won with great passing games and running games. Arians and Reid are big passing game coaches and McVay is kind of between those guys but understands in the end, Passing Wins!
