But the way we're using him is to blitz - and anyone can blitz - why waste the best cover corner in the league? and we also throw him in the slot, so smart teams just run their #3 receiver in the slot in order to totally make Ramsey worthless while their #1 and #2 receivers run wide open all day..smh
Exactly brother! Surely McVay knows that too, doesn't he? I don't think playing Ramsey at the "STAR" position was McVay's idea. Something tells me he is just "defending" someone here with this comment.
In fact, having heard him say this, it wouldn't surprise me one bit if we play Ramsey more one on one with Adams when we go to GB. I also would be surprised if McVay will be the one to make the change happen!
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
