Ultimately it is McVay's responsibility. And while I don't directly blame him the ST play has been bad enough to warrant serious scrutiny. Its mind boggling to me to see non-returners returning kicks... Kupp, ok, because he can do anything... but its like they are clueless about who would do well returning kicks. Perhaps they are just looking for the surest hands and don't care about production.
I don't care if special teams are blah but they can't hurt you like last week. It gave the hapless Lions a chance in a game that should have been a blow out. I am hoping some heads are rolling.
