Kupp back returning punts...really
It speaks volumes about Tutu Atwell that he can't even get on the field to return punts. I really hope that changes before the end of the season.
Tutu should have had room for a return but Robert Rochell couldn’t sustain a block on his man and Atwell immediately was tackled. Stating the obvious, but the Rams didn’t force a lot of punts against the Colts either. I think Tutu will get his opportunities in the return game, but the special teams unit is relying on a lot of younger players that likely didn’t play special teams in college. I think in time they will be ok and Tutu will make some nice returns this year.
