I think this play/issue is a function of not playing. Seems simple to fix. Though not standing in the way of the ball doesn't seem a coaching point one should have to make. Hekker should own this as the man who has the best view on the situation.
Kupp catching and not returning punts is fine for me.
Reed needs to stop overrunning his contain on kickoffs though
