and even if a player flops somewhere else, doesn't mean that player couldn't have been a stud for the rams.
A recent example is Austin Corbett - a BUST with Cleveland. His acquisition was somewhat of an afterthought with the Rams and he turns out to be a stud.
I would have preferred Creed Humphrey because I like fortifying the lines, particularly the interior and he has an awesome name.
That said, I do believe Tutu WAS the BPA on the RAMS board and that is why they took him.
Whether he should have been is a whole other story.
