Maybe the Wolf runs the plays exactly as called and designed. Could be that Goff was changing plays at the line and couldn't make his own call work. Maybe Wolf is a tremendous practice player. He did play well in the playoffs so that usually makes the coaches like you. Really I don't know. I do agree that there is no open competition for the QB2 position. Wolf has knows the system cold, has the experience. He can actually help Stafford. Perkins also knows the system, but not as well, yet. Perkins has no real season snaps and no post season snaps. He has looked good, but hasn't even started to threaten the Wolf.
