Rams are taking a different approach

They are fully aware that their approach will always put them up against the CAP, thats the difficult route they are navigating.

Will this approach work long term? Don't think anyone outside the Rams organization thinks so, and not sure the Rams do either.

They just keep kicking the can down the road.
