Good article and the Rams have drafted well, for not having first round picks, but some of those guys are gone now in Cooks & Goff. Overall, adding Ramsey was a no brainer and signing him long term, ensured the trade was worthy, but lost in this trading picks for high profile players is cost. First round picks in today's NFL is cheap labor, the Rams by trading for proven commodities, have to pay for them and thus are always up against the cap.
