It's usually more than one.

Last year's roster included 7 fairly prominent UDFAs who were acquired from 2017 through 2020. Reeder, Hill, Xavier Jones, Mundt, Darious Williams, & Wolford. There were also guys from 2015 & 2016 like Brown and Fox. Then there were the practice squad guys like Eric Banks, Mike Hoecht, & Christian Rozeboom. And a redshirt/opt-out guy like Brewer.

That doesn't include everyone.
