I have to wonder. I mean, I would question how appropriate a straight man showering with a bunch of women was so I don't really know. If it's truly about a "safe" work environment, isn't it understandable that a gay guy in the showers might make some uncomfortable. Just knowing that he might be enjoying the view, regardless of whether he acts on it, is exactly what women have been battling, isn't it?
