you make it sound like they are chosen by Sean and then leave the league, almost sounding as though they have failed. When I hear the term "X did not stick" I always think that he was a dud. These guys are chosen and they are better than average coaches and instead of Sean keeping them pinned down to being his underlings he allows them to grow and improve on what they already have shown to offer.

They do stick in the most important way, they are retained by other teams in the league looking to improve. By them moving on they are actually having a hand in improving the entire league, not just the RAMS.
