Mostly yeah. But then you guys are (wrongly, IMO) criticizing Kromer. And of course there's the special teams coach he had to replace this year. And he moved on from Phillips. So on the one hand, yes, a lot of talented hires. The outstanding ones include Staley and Henderson. But then one thing that defines McVay is moving on quickly from coaches to new ones. That means he's not always hiring guys who stick.
We don't know yet how good Carberry is. One thing: he is the first Rams OL coach in decades who is inexperienced in the NFL.

Where did I criticize Kromer in my post?
Did I not say I don't know how good Carberry will be in his first year as the O-Line coach?
I merely said I was happy the Rams moved on from him.
Then I concluded with a statement that I thought it was time for a change.
Apparently so did McVay.
