That has nothing to do with what I was saying. I was talking about hires McVay himself moves on from. I said nothing about whether they stick in the league. That had nothing to do with my point.
And I was not talking about the guys who get hired away, like Olson, Taylor, LaFleur, Waldron, or Staley.
I was talking about guys like Johnson (replaced by Henderson), Kromer (replaced by Carberry), Bonamego (demoted and replaced by DiCamillis), and Phillips (replaced by Staley then Morris).
I said nothing about whether they stuck in the league or not. I was referring to this unique thing with McVay, where he can move on from coaches pretty quickly. With some of the coaching changes, he hires them and then they don't stick--he moves on. It's not the majority of the guys who left, but is its own little thing.
