i agree on the major player point. however, one caveat to that is that they need to solve the LT issue (assuming AW retires). If he plays well and comes back 1 more year they can draft his replacement but right now im assuming rams win the SB and AW goes out on top (why not, lol).

A lot depends on how they see Noteboom. If Whit retires and they like Noteboom they can likely bring him back with the money currently going to Whit.
