I dont think they are restructuring to go all in. I think the restructuring is more a function of the pandemic. The majority of the teams this year needed to restructure at some level. We will still feel some effects in 2022 but areas some article that the cap will sky rocket to 230 in 2023. But to answer your question, I think restructuring two years to deal with the pandemic issue is more than reasonable. Things should even out in 2023.
