I'm sure the Rams have picked up the phone and had some talks with GM Brad Holmes.
I am getting the feeling that the Rams knew Holmes could be leaving, and were prepared for it to happen. That leads us to "OPEN" talks with the Lion's because there's no hard feelings between the Rams and Holmes.
It's good to have a few "connections" around the league. You do me a good favor, I'll do you a good favor back.
Not sure if Lion's want Rookie's starting on OLINE, but Sewell seems like the type that will slide in to a starting role.
