Once again, an opinion is presented as fact

May 05, 2021 11:12AM
'They can't keep doing this' - really? why not? The cap will rise in future years - and it could be a lot thanks to the new, huge broadcast / streaming deal and stadiums reopening. Also, who knows what players will be kept and at what price. Let me know when their pushing out of salaries comes back to burn them and cost them a chance at a championship - and I'll pay attention.

Another opinion - they will be in 'cap hell' in the future. As i said in another post - this is a made up phrase used by talking heads on tv, pretty sure it's never been uttered in an NFL front office.

An assumption is made that the Rams, through poor planning, or no planning have painted themselves into a corner from which there is no escape. I find that hard to believe, but maybe I have too much faith in the team
