I wasn't responding in regards to drafting a OT....just to the notion that the Rams have no picks or a shortage of picks because of the trades for Goff/Ramsey/Stafford. They've had more than 7 picks in every draft since the Goff trade in 2016. After next year that will be 6 years in a row with extra picks.
It's certainly a disadvantage not having first round picks, but they have the players they got for the picks and they've done a great job in acquiring extra picks in rounds after the 1st.
In terms of your general point, yeah, and they make the most of their picks.
But back to OT. If they have to draft one in 2022, it really looks like they have to trade up into round 1.
