My gut reaction is I hate it. Looks like a lot of role players.
Thinking about it more, if Snead is working under the premise that the Rams are just a few players away from a Super bowl run and that they have what they need in the OL room, then this draft makes a lot more sense...
He is trying to find diamonds to help make the Rams a bit more dynamic on offense and better run defenders on defense.
Last year I was worried about the OL and it was far better than 2019 without any draft capital spent. It could be a bit better this year if they have a better guy on the roster already for center (but if so, why didn't he play in 2020???).
Last year I was worried about the defense and boy was I wrong there too.
So if McSnead is right that they are only a few role players away (and QB that they got), then maybe the Rams are set up for success and this draft was the perfect complement.
Can't wait to find out!!
