So many great posts about the draft. A lot of fun to read.
I can live with and have hope for the Atwell pick. But what scares me is the idea that this was a panic pick. That is, did Snead and McVay alter their pre-planned board order due to disappointment at the Seahawks picking Eskridge? Or, worse, did they never consider the possibility that Eskridge might not be available at 57?
It depresses me to think that either of these may have happened. So I would really appreciate "panic disclaimers" (if applicable) from those who merely thought it was dumb.
