It claims McVay said something he did not say. In fact not only did McVay not say it, the claim is preposterous in its own right. Whatever else you may think of Goff, a qb does not contribute to 4 winning seasons if he is simply incapable of reading defenses.
If you cannot read defenses at all, then you are in Johnny Manziel territory.
Either way McVay said a lot of things about Goff. He did not say he simply cannot read defenses

Does a 13 year vet react to defenses more effectively than a 5 year vet? Yeah, obviously, and duh. That not only makes the 2021 Stafford more effective than the 2020 Goff, it also makes him more effective than the 2013 Stafford.
Why do you argue with that when I say it but agree with it entirely when dz says it?
