Frankly, I enjoyed reading it and am glad it was posted.
I’m invested in the Rams and their betterment, not in any individual player. So, ‘if the shoe fits’ regarding Goff, so be it. I’ve long since moved on.
It's not a good article, but since it reflects your opinion, you believe that it is. The feathers that get ruffled are the pile-on kings who can't accept anyone having a different view of Goff than theirs. Watch. The defenders actually tend to stay pretty even keeled in the midst of all that,
For example no one said for 4 years of McVay and Goff that the qb could not read defenses. There were complaints, a lot of them hyperbolic, but no one said he was incapable of reading defenses.
Meanwhile listen to McVay here.
You say it’s not a good article. Is it ‘not good’ because you disagree with it? The very thing you accuse me of, in reverse? The irony there is rich.
As to the ruffled feathers crowd, so what? It’s a free country and if one chooses to get their feathers ruffled it’s their right, whether about this topic or any other.
Here’s my take. Despite watching a steady Goff decline over his last 41 games, some still refuse to assign much, if any, blame to the QB.
But that’s fine by me. To each his own.
