What's "safe to say" for us football fans on a message board is not always the same as conclusive medical findings.
On something like this, the better bet is to always go by conclusive medical findings. Regardless what we personally believe.
When conclusive medical findings are in, we may find that vaccination does affect transmission. In which case, yay.
I never F around with the science and that's whether or not I personally like or dislike something (like player declarations). The science is the science. When it's in it's in. That may even be soon. Right now it's not in though.
