Is Sean a great football mind?

McVay built a great culture for a few years. He brought in an innovative offense that set the NFL on fire (Shanahan was doing the same). Now it's been figured out (or missing the right Q

I've always attributed it more to Shanahan than McVay. Can he adapt as a brilliant mind can?
McVay is a good coach and the Rams will be competitive under him no matter who the QB is (Wolford).
Greatness takes something above and beyond and I am not convinced yet that McVay has that unless this whole mess was just a necessary lesson on the path to greatness. Can't wait to find out!
