About elevating his floor, not his ceiling.
My impression from the article is that the work ethic was fine. It was adequate. It wasn't great or extraordinary. Goff is clearly not as passionate about football than McVay. It's interesting that Wolford brought greater energy in that regard.
Super good point on increasing the floor. McVay was looking for consistency.
