I do think there is a VERY good chance guys leave if they feel they are on the outs with McVay or don't like his style.

You can tell where you stand with McVay because he is either patting you on the back or giving you an angry stare from across the room.

We all saw that McVay was much more angry this year. After losing the SB he has a weight on his shoulders to win big. If next season starts off rough and the rams lose some early games, I think we will see that frustration come out in a big way.

Snead seems to be an enabler and will back up anything McVay does. He can do no wrong. Wondering if McVay needs a good mentor to help him through the next phase of leadership.
