This article only clarifies what I pretty much already. Anybody that has played this game and coached it knows everyone is accountable. And you get your ass chewed if you screw up. This game is not for p*$$!es. I love that Mcvay has such drive and can only take so much before he makes hard decisions and holds everyone accountable. Goff has many gifts, but it was obvious he did not progress as he should with the mental side of the game. So McVay traded for a QB that has mastered the mental side. I love that our coaches and front office are the most aggressive in sports to put up a winner in LA. We are so fortunate to have Mcvay coaching this team.
