I just found this in my draft folder: so glad I didn't post this last year but it sure is interesting to look back on!!

The Rams, fresh off their 2019 campaign where they finished 9-7 and missed the playoffs, have taken a huge step backwards leading up to the 2020 season.
Among the players they have already lost:
Todd Gurley
Clay Matthews
Corey Littleton
Dante Fowler
Brandin Cooks
Nickell Robey-Coleman
Greg Zeurlein
Mike Thomas
Marqui Christian
JoJo Natson
As if that's not bad enough, all three coordinators are new this year!!
They replaced their HOF Defensive Coordinator (Wade Phillips) with a guy who has three whole years of NFL experience, all of them as an OLB coach (Brandon Staley).
They pulled OC Kevin O'Connell off of Washington's staff, where he served as OC for a whole year (which is the only time he's served as an OC at any level). Btw, Washington's offense was 31st in the league in 2019.
And finally, they replaced well-regarded special teams coach John "Bones" Fassell with John Bonamego. This has disaster written all over it: I predict a failed experiment here. Bonamego's gonna be packing his bags after one unimpressive season.
Besides the aforementioned coordinators, the Rams also lost the following coaches:

Jedd Fisch, Assistant Offensive Coordinator
Edward Grayer, Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach
Fernando Noriega, Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach
Skip Peete, Running Backs Coach
Ted Rath, Director of Strength Training and Performance
Dustin Woods, Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach
Seems to me that you remove all that talent - both players and coaches - from a 9-7 team and I'm afraid we're looking at 5-11 ... or worse ... in 2020. (Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but it is what it is.)
