I feel there is so much to be happy about I don't understand the "cautious" approach some posters have because to me it just makes so much sense.I am proud of McVay and Snead for moving on even after giving him that contract, I know on the outset it appears to have a bipolar nature to the decision process but it makes total sense. They are committed to winning now, and if you are a player and you are not committed to being on the field or understanding the system you are out. I love it as a Ram Fan.
