Is the above the shoulders part is biggest of all. Yes the QB needs enough of an arm (but Brady isn't great, Peyton wasn't much, Brees too), but it's about their processing speed and understanding the concept of their offense within what the defence is doing.
Goff, wasn't showing this, that's what seems to what was driving McVay madder than @£##%^&! Goff has more than enough arm talent, just not the processing speed or understanding of the concepts is my guess....... unless everything was going just as planned!
