I just love these stories about various people/players having their opinions about the character and make-up and even ability of others. It ought not to surprise us that we get different readings, in part because people see others through different lenses.
Take any leader and never ever will you find 100% of the people in agreement over whether he/she is a good or poor leader or the kind they favor.
A lot is simply temperament/personality fit.
To heck with all that. Not very many people like Bill Bellicheck. Parcell's wasn't mister warm and nice. Dan Marino was known as a jerk. Huge range of opinions about Terry Bradshaw when he was playing. All they did was win games.
And that's all I want from Stafford and I imagine all the Rams management and players want as well. The rest works itself out just as it does in all workplaces.
