Not Bad. What makes Brady the goat in my opinion is that he is a very directive and fiery leader. In big moments that can lift you up.
Now McVay is the same way so why is that different? I think the problem is he is trying to control too much. As head coach he should be overseeing more and making his moves when he sees the need instead of every single play all the time.
Being a directive HC/OC and directive QB are two different positions. I think it can work for McVay as soon as he gives up OC and play calling duties (though he should call a play here and there when he thinks it's needed.
