Teams / People will always find a way to circumvent rules for as they were "intended". When that happens, all you can do is fight fire with fire!

So, McVay has a pretty big network already with being on Buccaneers, Redskins & then Rams and it is clear that if you hang out in the building with him for a year, your career suddenly looks more promising. I'm also sure that Raheem Morris has quite the large network of coaching proteges he crossed path throughout the years, as well as our new ST coordinator Joe DeCamillis.

Along with that, a rather wide branch on the McVay coaching tree has blossomed throughout the league on many teams (e.g. Packers, Chargers, Bengals, Seahawks, Titans, Lions to name a few of the top of my head).

I'm sure they have positional coaches that would enjoy being a passing game and running game coordinators for both the offense and the defense.

All of that being said, clearly McVay has done a phenomenal job of hiring unknown coaches who have excelled quickly, so from my opinion, he deserves teh trust to continue to do so.
