One thing that has bothered myself and other posters on this board is the mass exodus of assistant coaches. I believe losing that many coaches, especially Staley, makes our team weaker.

My question is, why didn't Kronke the owner, throw more money at these guys to keep them? He certainly has the cash, and I don't think he's limited by salary caps. So, why not pay more to keep your better coaches?
