He clearly doesn't put the value on early picks that others do, preferring instead to opt for proven talent and trusting they can pick good players up in later rounds.

I see that as the continuation of a strategy that was already in place and delivered the playoffs in 3 out of 4 seasons.



There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.
