IMO Crash and burn isn't a reasonable scenario

February 04, 2021 01:36AM
Nothing would suggest that a crash and burn is coming. I don't think anyone believes that we haven't upgraded the QB position.
Stafford is a proven good NFL QB. Our oline will be as intact as they want it to be, we still have 2 excellent WRs (probably 3), a very good TE, and an emerging star RB.

Even this past year the Rams O didn't crash and burn. It just wasn't as effective as it had been. And some of that can be laid directly on turnovers by Goff and by Red Zone woes. Early in the year, on bad Kickers.

Thing is, it'd be the same if we had 2 first round picks for the next seven years.
