IMO, People are way over valuing the #1's th Rams traded. Now true, if the Rams go 1-15 then it's going to be tough not having a super high draft pick. But then the Rams are in a world of hurt if they can't win with this team.
No idea how the season will turn out. People don't like excuses but excuses are reasons why something happens. Lame excuses are something different. Injuries to key players are not lame excuses. Hopefully it doesn't happen but that's the way football is.
Personally I would have given up more to make this trade.
