First, excellent article....speaks more to the universal concept of great leadership, which is where I think the Rams lack. Most people are enamored with the new guy or easily distracted. McVay's and Sneads role in the current team are background noise to those people.....but in reality, they are the most important.. because they are the leaders, not the quarterback.
The overall result of good leadership is results. I've admitted several times that the Rams handled this situation badly but with the inarguably good results we've gotten under the Snead/McVay combo, you would need a lot more concrete evidence to establish that they lack in leadership.
I haven't seen anyone put that case containing solid evidence together.
