First, excellent article....speaks more to the universal concept of great leadership, which is where I think the Rams lack. Most people are enamored with the new guy or easily distracted. McVay's and Sneads role in the current team are background noise to those people.....but in reality, they are the most important.. because they are the leaders, not the quarterback.
Prediction: you're about to see responses on this thread that do nothing but poke fun at the writer or his lack of fame. In other words, they won't speak to the comments, but work to discredit the writer.
None of this matters. We've seen it all before. For those who have been on this board for decades, they should remember all this same stuff happening with Bulger and a little with Bradford. Hopefully this time ends better.....but I have serious doubts about that.
