Shanny, Eliminated him last year and LaFlure this year.....

and McVay was eliminated not because of his QB.

I am a huge fan of McVay, but let's see if he can grow up from this, he's throwing the wrong guy under the bus while being vague and ambiguous...... that's not leadership.

But these guys are Believers. It's hard for them to accept someone seeing it differently than they do.
