Let me know which NFL QB would win a playoff game in GB when the defense gave up close to 200 yards rushing and close to 300 yards passing.
A QB who reads defenses and processes better and who is mobile is needed for this offense. Eli Manning beat the Packers in Green Bay and they advanced to the SB
NY GIANTS FORCED 4 TURNOVERS 3 FUMBLES and PICK....
NY GIANTS SACKED RODGERS 4 TIMESLAST WEEK RAMS DEFENSE DROPPED 2 PICKS, FORCED NO TURNOVERS AND GAVE UP CLOSE TO 500 YARDS AND AD GAVE UP A HUGE 15 YARD PENALY,ZERO SACKS!!!!! Let me know which QB could win a playoff game in a packed house in NO, without their starting RB (Gurley).
Kurt Cousins did last year in NO
VIKINGS RUSHED FOR 136 YARDS AND THEIR STARTING RB WASN'T RIDING A STATIONARY BIKE ON THE SIDELINES LIKE GURLEYYou can't pin a wild card finish for 2020 on Goff, giving up 4th and 10 in Buffalo, and allowing Nick Mulllens to close out a game were factors.
Goff was the weak link on offense and Goff could have won the game in SF and he didn't. Mullens got it done Goff didn't and Mullens faced the much better defense
You can't tell me that ZERO TDs Wolford would've won that WC game in Seattle.
Why not. Did Wolford not lead the Rams to 3 goal to go situations against the Cardinals? He threw a money pass to Everett that he droped. On another trip Akers fumbled. On a third they had back to back false starts. I'm not sure why some of you are acting like 9 of 19 Goff played so well against the Hawks when they won the game on the back of their defense and Cam Akers. When Wolford left the game the Rams were on the 20-yard line. Also the week before the Rams beat the Cards Goff lead the Rams to 9 points and no TDs in a loss to Seatle. Not sure why you are even bringing up Wolf but it doesn't help your case when the coach benches Goff for Wolford. That tells you all you need to know.
You can't pin missing the playoffs last year on Goff, a questionable late hit by Clay Matthews on Russell Wilson, and missed chip shot by Zuerline were factors.
Goff finished as the 21st rated QB in the NFL in 2019, In 2020 Goff was rated 23rd. Both year he finished behind Gardner Minshew. He led the NFL in TOs the last two years and produced below average TDs. 18 QBs threw more TDs than Goff did. Justin Herbert a rookie QB threw 31tds. Drew Brees who missed 5 games passed for 24tds compared to Goff's 20. As for 2019 maybe had Goff not collapsed in games at SF and Pittsburgh the Rams woud have made the playoffs despite missing the FG in Sea. Were those ridiculously embarrassing games a factor on their season especially in games that were so close?
SF LOSS, 2 HUGE 3RD AND 16 CONVERSIONS VS GARAPALO ON FINAL DRIVE = ELIMINATION.A new QB to replace a QB that averages 10+ wins won't do that. It's quite foolish.
Apparently, McVay doesn't' think so... I'm riding with McVay
NO ONE KNOWS WHAT MCVAY IS THINKING. MCVAY DIDN'T BENCH GOFF, GOFF DIDN'T START BECAUSE HE HAD A BROKEN THUMB ON HIS THROWING HAND
WOLFORD - ZERO TDS IN THE REDZONE!!!!!
REMIND ME OF WOLFORD'S LAST SCRAMBLE BEFORE HE GOT INJURED, COULDN'T EVEN MOVE THE CHAINS IN SEATTLE.Edited 2 time(s). Last edit at 01/21/2021 01:38PM by JoeMad.
