Why?
It's a win, win for both teams. Straight up QB for QB trade...Maybe a few draft picks either way.
Goff is healthy and might need a fresh start, going to Dallas fits well.
Dak, coming off an injury and the Cowboys don't want to pay him tons of $$$.
Snead is great at these types of deals.
Both QB's will cost about the same in the long run.
Both QB's are about top 12-15 QB's in the NFL.
Rams don't have ENOUGH #1's to get Watson.
Rams are the one's taking a "CHANCE" on Dak's recovery going well.
Lastly, Jerry Jones and the Rams have been close throughout the years. Jones was the leader to get the Rams back in L.A. IMHO, it would be worth the nickle phone call for Snead/McVay if they think Goff is not their guy.
